How To
Enroll for AFTA Pilot Training Programme
1. Read this Student's Course Information
Manual and other associated documentation carefully. If you have any question, ask to admission
officer or the local office.
2. When you are satisfied and have decided to
enroll, fill out the
Aircrew Flight Training Academy Student Enrollment Form, with as many detail as possible.
Send this forms with original form to Asiatic
International Aviation Corp. Indore 452 005 India. Foreign Students [ Non Indians ]
a. Following Documents must be submitted along
with the Application Form :-
Class 10th Marksheet
- 2 sets
Class 12th Marksheet
- 2 sets
Original Medical Fitness copy and Eye test/Colour vision test Certificate
Latest Passport size Photographs in White
shirt – 4
Photocopy of Passport
Enrollment Fees – Rs.
10,000 By D.D in the favour of ‘International
Aviation Corp. Indore 452 005 India.
b.Complete Agreement
3 .Deliver the completed Student Application
Form for enrolment to
Aircrew
Flight Training
Academy or their local Office. If we do
not have a local Office in your country, send it directly to Asiatic
International Aviation Corp. Indore 452 005 India.
4 . Aircrew
Flight Training
Academy will
acknowledge your application promptly and will immediately indicate if your
application is accepted. Also we shall send you a call letter for Admission
Test & Interview.
5.Once you have been accepted to Aircrew Flight
Training Academy
will send you a Confirmation of Enrolment form based on the Course
indicated and starting date indicated.
6. Aircrew
Flight Training
Academy will complete
the contract of Enrolment for the course for you to sign and send
back.
7. Once you have finished pre flight training,
Aircrew Flight Training Academyor local Office
will then assist you with the formalities required to obtain your visa and
make arrangements for you to start the Course. If there is not a local Office in your
country, you must attend the Australian / USA / Sri Lanka Embassy /
Consulate to make arrangements for your visa.
8. Please pay all fees by DD or local cheques only. Afta will not
accept cash.
9. STEP 2 - ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

2. Police Clearance authenticated by Philippine
Embassy.
3. Photo copy of Passport.
4 Proof of Financial Support authenticated by
Philippine Embassy.
5. International English Language Testing
System IELTS Exam. Or Pre flight Training certificate
6. Drug Screening Urinalysis Test.
7. Photo / ID Picture (1x1 - 6 pcs and 2x2 - 4 pcs).It must
be in white shirt with collar and white background.
8. Registration Fee of $200 (non-refundable)

9. Photo copy of Pilot's License and current
Airman Medical Certificate.
10. Photo copy of the last 5 pages of your
logbook and instructor's endorsement.
11. Letter from the Civil Aviation Authority
of your country (FAA, JAA, GCAA, CAA) that certifies your license is valid
and true.
